If I recall it was at the site of Roosevelt Field Mall by Old Country Road Near Westbury

Love this video because it is some of the places I raced during that time frame. In fact I believe that is me & my 1962 Biscayne at the start of the Vineland, NY clip. I raced Vineland many times & I was the only one in the area with a black unmarked 1962 Biscayne. Think I might have to order the full video & see if I show up at any more places.
