It would be fun to here how the damage was done. The rear bumper was sold long ago but it had a lot of damage.would be interested if it was repaired and what car it is on.Jjohn figured there must have been more than a few push starts.

Dad match raced the Black Trash Car “that front end” somewhere in La. and got outrun. Dad claimed there was a lack of traction off the line on this particular track. He could almost pull it back on the top end but ran out of track. Times like this is when I wished I had written this stuff down. And of course no pictures. In my avatar my Dad standing and Dan Dean “neeling”.
Picture was taken behind Dans shop Precision Automotive in Garland Tx. That building burned and along with it the air cleaner from dads car. I like everyone, miss my Dad “ My Hero”

It is so easy to take pic or movie now days,at the time all this fun stuff happened we thought things would be forever,as we look back it sure is to bad we dont have more pics .I glad the trash pics brought back a speicial time.
