can i show one more pic since i am on a roll? it's just a shot of the racecar the day i bought it. bought 2 63's the same day for $1000. may 4 2002
so many "other things" came up afterward to distract me, but i never lost the dream since age 5. my racer is'nt much of a car, but when my friends and family were having fun, i was home sandblasting, painting, welding and turning wrenches. this is what i have to show for my time. simple as that.

this is the beautiful Hemi car i referred to: I raced him a couple times. a fine man Dan Householder indeed. my wife bought me the next pic from the track photog. i wanted to see the scan in B&W here it is.

Well Bob...that B&W photo of the 63' sure is a keeper. There's something about the B&W shots of these cars, within these events, that is more "visually" dramatic and probably more correct for this time period. This fits right in.
