I looked at the Vette, looked at the chick, and looked at the ambulance. I would say that if the ambulance was still around, it will have been better preserved than the Vette, because the Vette would have been driven a lot. Guessing that the picture is 50 years old, I don't believe that the chick at age 70 looks anything like she did 50 years ago. That is the beauty of cars... they don't age like humans do. 
That may be Linda Vaughn by a 64 Corvette.....maybe where Hurst met her.....
It is Linda, bless her hart for the many years of enjoyment for us youngins
