clips needed

anyone have the clips that the door panel reflector ( in front of the arm rest )
snaps into on the door panel?

I am in need of 4 ( 2 per door ) for a 61 impala

This might be a 61 year only not sure

mine are sprung and will not hold the refelctor studs tight, or they will not even grab the stud on the back of the refelctor

I have broken 2 of the refelectors, and it is getting expensive buying them

any help out there

Roger, it's a 61 nomad-impala part only. i don't have any extras. Tommy Nolan (real61ss) needed some to finish his blue car. his car is finished now, he may have found some extras, i would PM him, maybe he can help.

Roger, try Restoration Specialties in Windber, Pa. 814 467 9842. They had the 64 Belair clips that no one else had in the country when I needed them. Walt

My luck is going down hill on these refelectors
today I went into the shop with an idea of how to attach them
well guess what I BROKE THE WHOLE CENTER OUT OF THE STUPID THING
now I have ordered a new pair and just hope they get hear before Friday night
I have a show to do Saturday morning about 30 miles from me

anyway while I was talking to Mark @ Sinclair's, he told me the refelector was used from 59-61 on all the impalas ??

I thought they were unique for 61 only
anyway now I might be able to locate the clips if 59 and 60 used them also

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but they don't have them either. You got to get'm out of a parts car.

also, Mark is correct about the reflectors being used on the '59 to '61 Impala's but the clips are '61 only. The 59 & 60 used a different clip.

Roger,gives these guys a shot.I was able to get some convertible clips from them about 3 years ago.They handle obsolete clips.I would call them because their catalogue is not on line. I bought from them 3 or 4 times,to put the clips on E-Bay.Always had a good experience from them. John

Tommy I was afraid of that
if I could find a parts car in my area, then I would try and buy the whole thing but no such luck

the closest one is about 100 miles from me, and their is nothing left to get but the body, and its in really bad shape

I will keep searching I found 1 more clip tonight in a bunch of old stuff sitting in boxes in the shop maybe I will find another one tomorrow night still have 2 more boxes to go through
