Do you mean a land takeover like this in the name of global warming or some endangered species fiasco? This just came out last week. How would you like to invest money in land for your business, critical reserves for instance, have that land all zoned, licensed, ect. and then have this socialist agency that is directed by the socialist government we are under, tell you that you can not use this land.

Every f***ing week or two there is something like this coming at anyone in business. What you speak of is here Ray.

they have been doing this for years on private property. man out west builds a pond and the epa tells him to take it out i believe, i forget. also
a fews ago wetlands were a big deal. if standing water was on your property, then you could not drain it to plow. jim

I think what you speak of is different that what my link talks about.I have went through the process of obtaining Section 404 permit from the Corp on Engineers. I wouldn't recommend it for entertainment.
