Compression check with Pertronix

Is there anything special to do with a Pertronix ignition before doing a compression check?....
With the old points we just pulled the coil wire and with HEI just pulled the main plug at the distributor.
But I'm concerned about the module in the Pertronix.......is it OK to just pull the coil wire or should I also
disconnect the small wires on the coil...........

I would disconnect the small wires to be safe. Dang sure don't want to burn up the module.
