My last dog left us at the end of October. She sent us this guy. About a year old and though it’s only been 3 days, he has been a very good boy!

. Don’t really know for sure. When I got her, one vet said she was 3-5 years and another said 2-3. We had her 3.5 years. She had a tumor on her heart that started bleeding. Brought her to the emergency vet at 10 at night and by noon the next day she was gone. It was a shock to say the least.
This was my Lab Diesel! Arthritis hit him pretty hard and the meds weren’t working any more! Had to put him to rest two years ago! He made it to Age 14. Miss him alot.They are great Dogs!!!
What a great looking Lab! Black Labs are my favorite. It's such a shame when their mind and body works but their joints don't and they are in pain. My first dog was a Black Lab female. She was 12.5. She was in good shape but something in her spine was causing her a lot of pain in her front leg. It was like a bone growth. We tried lazer therapy and swimming therapy but it eventually got too bad. She couldn't be sedated because she had a very bad reaction to being put under. Her heart stopped during a teeth cleaning when she was about 9. So whether we put her down or tried an operation, the result would of been the same.
