I stopped by the B36 Peacemaker Museum lot today and snapped these photos. The plane in desert dress is the one I emailed you about. What is it?

I pass these historical aircraft twice a day to and from work.

Tom,
That's a Northrup F-5, the single seat version of the T-38. There were some on the ramp at Pensacola when I was there in 65. The engines had a moan at high power on the ground like a tripower engine with no aircleaner, when the outer carbs kick in.:cool:.
