Jigs wear out as well. Quality control soth of the border isn't what it should be. Werner ladders(I think) moved production down there. Guys told me they got ladders that had one leg a foot longer than the other. They claimed more aluminum went out the back door than the loading dock. You get what you pay for. (sometimes).
