Early Olds-Pontiac 9.3 rear into X frame?

Hi gang,
Does anyone know if the lower control arm mounts location on a 9.3 rear us in the same spot as the Chevy 8.2?

I knew the old guys used pontiac and olds rear ends because they were stronger, never knew they were 9 inch. Sounds like an easy switch if it mates up the same. Good luck, let us know how it turns out plz.

contact mbookman1@sympatico.ca... he is building two of the rears olds rear ends ...one for x frame the other for 47 chev coup. He got advice from another member on the site
