Duke said he is going to reopen in a different location within a few miles of the original. Legendary place. It was a long haul for us so didnt go down too often. Rumor has it a few street races started out there

Porky's here in Des Moines was the same. I was lucky enough to spend some time there before it closed over 10 years ago. The thing is, there will always be that next fun hangout for a generation. It will eventually end and a new location with a new generation will take over. There is always some overlap of these generations and the key is to listen to the old timers closely because they have already done what you have yet to try. Might learn something useful.

The rumor is they are going into the old Brown’s Chicken at 87th & Harlem in the outbuilding in the walgreens parking lot. South east corner. Kinda sad. Was a cool place. Cops would help yopu back out because everything was tight.
