Engine block table

I am planning on starting on my 409 engine block table project soon and thought I had my mind made up on how I wanted to do it but now I can't decide between two different ideas so I figure I will get other opinions. My original plan was to just use the block clean it up and attach 4 pistons and rods to the deck to hold the glass and the other 4 for feet. Now my other idea is to set a top end on the block using some extra heads dual quad intake and valve covers that I have. The first picture shows my first idea and the second shows the second idea of having a top end on so what do you guys think?

No offense,but the first picture look's kind of funny like a sponge bob it has shoe's and going to run off somewhere!!! I say number two picture it look's correct.

I'd go with the complete engine. Gotta have the valve covers on there.

On the single 4 Z-11 intake, I really do not know how many were made, but have been told only a few, like 3-5.

blk61409 the first picture is what I had pictured in my mind. I will make the table as a dressed engine like the one in you picture minus the oil pan cause I only have one and that's for my build! Thanks all for the opinions

I bought one once....can't remember where I found it!!!!!

I made progress today block is cleaned painted and cleared. For now I’m just going to use the block with pistons on the deck and thinking about cutting a camshaft up to use the feet. I figure I can always change it later! Also don’t really have enough spare junk parts to do a complete motor look yet.

This one should go INSIDE the office within the Manshed .
