This explains it all. Two experienced conservative talk show hosts are discussing the state of things when one of them suggested requiring all persons to take an IQ test before they are allowed to vote, stating that modern political decisions are above a lot of people. The second host simply asks the question-"What happens when there are a lot more little stupid people out there and they all vote?" The first promptly replies, "Obvious. The democrat wins."
