Looks good but get him some gloves and goggles for the grinder. I have one working eye, he looks like both work pretty good.

Nice to have the young fella enjoying helping on an old car instead of working his thumbs on electronics.

What you are doing with #3 is important in so many ways. When my #2 was 15 he and I built his first car...a 59 Impala hardtop...from leftovers from my convertible. That was 30 years ago. He still has the car. Fond memories and good times. #3 will cherish the time the rest of his life. When my granddaughter was 15 she plundered my leftover 63 stuff and the 3 of us built her first car...a 63 convertible Good times and fond memories.
