Remember the HD dealer in downtown Yankton then they moved out towards the dam? Jim Stout worked there or was part owner in early to mid 70's.
I don't remember a HD dealer in Yankton. My brother had a 73 Sportster and a 74 Superglide. Walt Nelson had a shop 1/2 block east of the bridge north of 2nd street. He moved to an old railroad depot at 8th and Douglas. He went into the hospital for a while and most of his stuff was stolen. Jim Stout, the high school coach, I don't remember him involved with motorcycles.

I remember the bike shop at depot. That would have been a great bar location. Stout was my middle school shop teacher then a HS wrestling coach. He did HD stuff during summer months. My bro had sporty and superglide id wrench on. I forgotten about Walts place. We'd come in asking questions and annoy him lol. I saw that sign of his not long ago somewhere. There was The Icehouse!
