Update. This thing had to be crazy lean. Almost all the other exhaust valves were tight. So 8 new exhaust valves, 8 guides, and a valve job. Then I should be good. Didn't hurt the piston. I'll miss some racing but what can you do. Also going to makes some screw in air bleeds to bring to the next dyno session.
I'll get pictures up this weekend. So I found out why the valves stuck. Never have a thermostat in an engine you are putting on the dyno! The cooling system on the dyno is a zero pressure system and there is no way to bleed trapped air. So basically it air locked and the thermostat never opened and over heated the heads. Lesson learned the hard way.
