Goodmark Trunk Latch for 1961 Impala

This part does not fit nor does it resemble the latch i'm trying to replace. Rock Auto and several other places show this to fit 1961 Impala . It does not look anything like the OEM latch. The Goodmark website says it excludes 1961. Found out too late....

I have a friend who has nice original 61 trunk latches ( Upper and lower one). They have been off cars for 25 years.
