So is it safe to say that Wilson headers are the header of choice? Sounds like they fit well and are well made. Although if somebody had a pair oy 63 or 64 Hi Performance exhaust manifolds that they wanted to sell I might entertain that option also. Thanks

The Wilson headers are the way to go!!!! I just came in from the garage as I just got done running my newest 409 with the Wilson's and needed to hear the rumble to blow off some steam from a long day at work today.

Give yourself plenty of lead time. I got mine this week after ordering them in September. Took 3 weeks at Jet-hot. It would be best to call Mark Wilson and get the scoop from him about how he plans on handling the orders on 409 headers. He has a new policy.

Here are some pictures of my 70s vintage Hookers and still have fair chrome left on them! Two inner tubes wrapped around frame. rear tube either required fenderwell cutting or "heavy" massage.

Here’s the driver’s side Dougs headers i had done. These were made in 63 and were in pretty bad shape. I thought they deserved better. Dave didn’t Jet Hot offer you the new golf ball finish. Oh yeah its good for 30+hp!
