I have a 61 Impala bubble top. The car was rolling fine... never ran it just pushed it around to move to a different spot in my driveway. The last time I attempted to roll it, I pushed on the brakes and when I let go, it wasnt moving again. My brakes got stuck, probably cause its a little rusty. Anyone know how to fix it. It will save me time if someone has already delt with this.
