How to PM someone

Click on the members screen name and then click on,send member private message.
Russ,I just sent you a PM,did you receive any notification on your fourm screen of the message?
I have mine set to send me an e-mail whenever I get a PM. You can set this by clicking the "usercp" button near top of forum, then click "edit options" and look near the bottom. You can choose to be notified by e-mail or even to have a pop up when you enter the forum.
There might be some other info in the FAQ section on this too.

Did you receive a pop-up from the PM I sent you?Try sending a PM to the member your trying to get.
