Idle Arm Question on 64 Impala SS

I need to replace the Idle Arm on my stock 64 Impala SS. The current idler arm mount that attaches to the frame has a slight jog with a spacer at the bottom. In searching for a replacement all the ilder arms have a straight mounting bar. Has anyone come across this before?
If I use the replacement part will that change the geometric s of the steering set up or cause any problems?

Thanks ahead of time, Wes

Wes....I have a brand new one just like in your picture. You'll have to use your spacer. I'll make you a deal!! I'll drop you a PM with info.

Thanks Jason, I was just trying to understand why the difference. No one at the parts store knew what I was talking about.
