For all of you that remember the Z-11 chassis at the convention you'll be glad to know that the body for that car is now painted. Hank sent me these photos last night and I thought I'd share them with everyone here!! If you haven't been to Hanks web page here's the link http://www.angelfire.com/extreme4/hanksz11page/

Droptop,
My attitude surrounding the Z11 phenomenon, is founded in a "story" from about 4 years ago. Without getting into details, let's just say it left me with a bad taste for them.
Have you noticed how I NEVER get involved in a discussion that has anything to do with them ?
It's not be accident.
This one however, I couldn't not comment.
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL work:deal :bow :beerbang
and I wanted to express my appreciation for it.

Everyone should know that this car started as a stripped shell of a body. I think all that was left was the rear aluminum bumper and brackets. It didn't even have the right rearend!! Now its ALL correct stuff. There are some "before" pics at Hanks page. Determination is the word!!!

Thanks for the kudos, guys but its not my car. Boy, do I wish!!!!
It belongs to a friend of mine, Hank. I started contact with Hank a few years ago when he first got the car. I've been doing Z-11 research off and on for about the last 5 years. I think the body should be back on the chassis by now. I think Hanks car will be at York, PA this summer.

I think I have an old Super Chevy with a pic of the Z-11 you're talking about , BJ. White, no lettering. The photo was taken in the early-mid 80s at a show near Canada. Not sure whos car that one is. Do you have any info on that car??

What are the dates for York, PA
