Kelsey Hayes wheels -- date?

I found a few K-H wheels out back in the container and thought I'd take a closer look:

Kelsey Hayes 3.jpg
They are 14x7 and according to their part number they go to early 70s Camaros? But how does one read the date code stamped on these wheels?

Thanks in advance!

If the date code and suffix are on the outside of the rim around the valve stem hole it usually works like this:

K-1-Y M <hole> D AZ

where:

K - manufacturer (Kelsey-Hayes)
1 - manufacturing plant (Romulus, MI)
Y - last digit of year
M - one or two digit month (1 thorugh 12) for month of year
D - one or two digit day (1 through 31) of month
AZ - 15X8 wheel used from 1969 through 1982

On the inside as yours is, I believe it works the same but the numbers may be more randomly placed and starting in 1970, I think the year was displayed as two digits to avoid the obvious confusion.
I believe yours is K 1 80 11 26.

Were these wheels used with disc brakes, and did the Camaros have the same 7" wheel front and back?

I'm thinking of using these on the 1962 Biscayne with dog dish caps.

The Camero had disc brakes as an option even in 67.Yes,the Camero's of that time period would have used the same size wheel on all four corners.I'd say, since the 7in.wheel was used in the performance application that they will work with disc brakes as well.

If you're certain they are 1980/1981 Camaro wheels. Camaros of that year were standard with disc brakes, 11" rotors and the big GM caliper

So if you were to use these 14 x 7 wheels on a 1962 Biscayne with dog dish caps, what sizes would you use front and back?

Car currently has drum/drum setup.

What is the 2 letter code stamped next to valve stem hole?
Some of those 14x7's are big dollar wheels with the right code
Two desireable codes are.....XT...and...IF

XT are probably the most desired at probably $200-250ea.
IF's aren't worth as much, but worth more than later wheels.
