mallory small block distributor yc-310-g

Hello, have a mallory distributor part number yc-310-g, pretty sure it fits small block chevy but every one i have seen ends in (hp) not (g) any ideas what that means?

Read on one of the Mallory sight the "G" specifically calls it to be a Corvette.Is the distributor a dual Point? Their not giving years on the application,but does say its a small block distributor.Here's where I found the info:,just click on the link below.John

Thanks for the info, yes it is a dual point with the 4 lobe cam. Kind of thought it was corvette specific because it has a removable plate on the side for a cable tach drive setup.
