Has anyone used the Mar-Hyde One Step Rust converter?
I have pretty much applied it to the whole car last night because of rust that is impregnated in the metal. I went out this morning to finish prepping for primer and noticed that it devlops a large build up and feels a little rubbery. Is this normal? Did I apply it too thick?
I tried sanding it and once I sanded down the rubbery part, it had a good adhesion to the metal.
Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated. I have never painted a car be3fore and want to make sure I do this right the first time.
