Look what came today in the mail. Not sure if I want to use this 409 block for this build or get a 348 block and build a stroker and use a set of my spare 690 or 583 heads. I will also need to get a good cam recommendation when the time comes. I know the car it's going in is currently a 340hp 409 4spd that is also getting a 513 posi I recently picked up. Don't worry street bruiser only no freeway!! No I didn't but there is a guy on eBay that makes a kit for the crossrams that uses the rear carb studs for mounting it for 125.00 so I bought that today. Looks like the same linkage on the one painting orange for 4400.00 so I'm hoping it workd

Looks like someone sent you a defective intake with the carbs all sideways. I'm going out on a limb to help here but I could probably find it in my heart to help you out of your misfortune with a trade for a quality straight line 881 dual quad intake..... Ok, ok.... How about five 881's? Ok, ok.... How about six 881's and my left kidney?

It was HUGE and brought in a lot of St. Louis customers!!!
Hated when he shut it down. The property sold to a new owner.

Make sure you check your hood clearance before you decide what to put it in... After the "pit crew" prepped ours, we installed it and learned the hard way it did fit! :>(

Man look at all those drool spots on that cross ram. I'd be doing the same if this W belonged to me
