Where are you guys getting your water pumps at? Should I use a high output pump? Napa? Autozone?
and the 62 water pump, was it painted Chevy orange, cast iron or natural aluminum?

What spark plugs do you recommend?

3) and lastly:
Tough one here, will a pertronix distributor module from a small block distributor work in the stock 409 distributor?

Find your water pumps on e-bay, rebuild them with small block kit.
Check thread on page 3 about half way down the page for spark plug info.
I have been tolt that the stuff is interchangeable on dist. Just housing is different.
