Bobby Hanson is racing too. Now that you say that about the Hilmers being from Dysart. 
I started going to Tunis at 10-11 years old. My best friend‘s dad ran a DX station in town and had a race car. Always tried to fanagle a ride with their family to go. Can’t remember if he won much, but he did have some trophies at the station. I couldn’t go out on the town after the races. Too poor and the streets got rolled up after 10 PM in town. We could have sat next to each other and not known it! If you ever see old pictures of the races, most all of them were taken by Beetle Bailey who also lived in my home town. He had Harleys - one was like an old police 3 wheeler Harley with the box on back. Wished I had his photo collection. Wonder what happened to it?

Headed to the paint shop next week. New Wilson headers hit the door at Jet Hot today. 21# per wheel and 12# hood.
