Need Coats 10-10 Tire Machine Help

I've got an old Coats 10-10 Tire Machine that used to work great, but after 9 years of storage, it's stuck.

I get Air Pressure to it, but nothing is happening, not even a budge. I did all the simple stuff like Lubricating the Pivots and a Pry Bar here and there, but no results. The Air Pressure seems to take and release OK, but nothing moves. I also put a big adjustable wrench on the main shaft and I can get that to move a little, but I believe I'm just getting play. It's old and a little rusty, but I would hate to give it up. I also tried to get to the Cylinder, but with it stuck, I don't believe that's possible without taking it all apart. Just wondering if anyone out there has any experience with these good 'ol machines. I'm open to any ideas, lol.

Appreciate the reply, but I just got it Fixed !!

A 3-Lb Hammer and a Steel Wedge right at the right Pivot Point.

Spent about 2 hours on it, but glad to have it back.

Now I need to use it a little more often, lol.

Sometimes a BFH, does the trick.

A little wd40 sprayed on the pivot pins would help keep it from seizing.
