Need help from the experts...348 in a 63 c-10 truck / exhaust manifolds-headers

I don't remember spacers but then again if I thought that is what I needed I would have just installed them. How much room do you need to pass the pump?

I haven't measured it, but I'd say 1/2" - 3/4" just off the top of my head. I have a buddy sending me one more set of mounts to try 1st....and if they wont work, then we'll go to the horseshoe mount. If I go this route, I'll probably just weld some spacers on the back of the mount and go with grade 8 hardware. I'd like to retain the mechanical fuel pump as I really would like more of a stock look to the engine. I don't mind if the mounts aren't stock, but I'd like the engine to look like it was there from the factory.

I have a 64 I used my factory perches and everything fit with no problems

Can you provide some pics? I have tried 63 and 64 stock mounts in both the rear and forward positions and aftermarket mounts with no success.
