i was looking for 348 info and came across this site. ihave been looking for a 348 or 409 for about a year . did much matter which one ,just like the way they look. found a 348 last week. i am building a 1979 monte carlo going to put the 348 in it with a blow thru turbo set up with a 4 speed trans . should be fun to drive and will impress the old guys at the car shows.

When I was building the 55 I almost went with a WW II aircraft nose art theme. I could picture a nice looking girl like the one below sitting on the number 409.
