We had Nostalgia at local track Sat. Had two 09 both 62's what was odd both was org owners. one had been driven by Ronnie when his broke and a couple others. Had a real Sox and Martin FX car they just slow rode up track in that one.
On 09 He had 7in slicks headers open did a little burn out in water, pull to line with a 61 ford lights come down PING broke a axle. may me madder than he was.Nice 61 tho 3 carbs and 3 on tree. A lot of cars broke axles and u-joint Sat.
All so had a flathead dragster ran 6.94 1/8 never seen one run.
3 yrs now for it ,wish we could get some real 409 racers to show up. most of one's have been restore.
