I bought some a while back that were NOS McQuay Norris I believe. They are pricey but not as bad as some of the suppliers are getting for them now. I'll look and see how many I have and may be able to help out. You only need the drivers side?
You might talk to a frame shop-usually they can tie it down & jack the crossmember back into shape.
This was a common problem if you raced these on round tracks.
It's sometimes tough to find a real "frame straightening shop".
