A LAPD officer that I knew from commuting to and from LA one time said that the quick fix for the homeless problem would be Uzies, skip loaders and dump trucks. Same thing for the gang problem, drug problem, and excessive liberalism. Had to laugh at the dirt bike driving through the tent!

Would be doing them a favor, at one time Portland was the most livable city in the USA I'am sure now due the Libs in charge its close to the bottom by the way since 1983 I belive after mail in voting no more Republican governors
