I did get my snow blower working again, but now it's warmed up a bit, high 40s. Supposed to stay above freezing through Christmas .

Stripped both doors on the outside and primed them, now going to work on the perimeter and the inner workings.

Next up is the hood...

With this warmer weather, I'm clearing a vacant lot out back of the subdivision with the idea of levelling off the truck loads of dirt I put there a dozen years ago. It's been an outside storage spot for some time now.

In my spare time, we're putting in new windows and siding on an old rental I've had for decades. Gonna "flip" that one if someone will have it .

It's good for my ADD to move back and forth on several projects. Eventually something gets done .
