Nice truck that's for sure when you use the step mode on the tailgate does it play that stupid song that GM used in the ad that I heard so many times that I'd hit the mute button on the remote? Not to mention your son is a lucky kid.

I’d like to have a stair step tailgate like that for my 1978 K20, firewood, stone, dirt, & general trash hauler !

Just order a tailgate and make it fit your truck, much cheaper than buying a new truck...

Don't they all do that? My Ford does. And my wife's car does, both 2018. I'm kind of concerned about starter life. However the trick is not to keep them long enough for things to break.

The F150 pick up trucks that we just bought cut off, like driving a damn golf cart, i cant deal with it. You can turn it off but you have the turn it off everytime you start the truck.
I have a 2019 Ford Explorer work vehicle and it doesnt have that on it.
