Hi everyone. When I got my '62, it came with a 3.70 P case posi unit which I didn't like and subsequently sold. I put an open 3.36 gear in which is perfect for me and my driving. For some reason which I don't recall, a few years ago I bought just a posi assembly which I still have. I was thinking about taking the rear and posi to a competent (operative word) shop and have them attach the posi to the 3.36 gears. I'm assuming this is doable?? Should it be a problem?? Much work involved?? The 3.36 gears are from my '57 Belair and only have 47,000 miles on them. The rear works quite well in my '62 and I don't want to create a problem for myself doing this. I don't have to do this, but I do have the posi unit just sitting around. Thanks, Carmine.
