That's a 59 Chevy airport limousine. Hearst's Castle up on the coast around San Simeon had several of these, painted National Park green. They still had them around 1970 or so, they took people from the parking lot along Highway 1 where you parked and bought tour tickets, and ran them up the hill to the Hearst's Castle. Otherwise, you rode regular tour buses if you didn't go up on the limo. I would like to see how those were built, especially the frame and driveline. Could you care to guess how many sections the drive shaft must have had, with center support bearings and U joints? What motor would these have had?

What motor and drive train does your 63 Pontiac amble wagon have? The Google spot showed some pretty unusual cars. i'm not sure I ever knew about the Pontiacs!
