Radio fader control 62 or 63 ?

Take a look.I have this NOS fader but no box. I know it's not 64 !!

It is definitely not a 62.

63' and 64' used the same radio ,so that would eliminate 63'. John

Argh! I think I had one exactly like that. I might have bought/sold it on ebay a long time ago but can't think of what it was from.

I'm thinking some type of BOP instead of Chevy. 64 Olds?

Possibly Corvair. That's what I'm going with.

Hate to toss it out !! But I can't sell it if I am not sure what it is. I'll throw it in the parts drawer.

Sure you can, I do it all the time!

Just put it on ebay and say your not sure what it fits. I know I've seen that style knob before. I think it's Corvair. Maybe do a search for Corvair knobs on ebay to compare.

I just found some 62-64 Corvair knobs on ebay that look just like yours:

Damn Bob !! What a bloodhound !!! It sure is Corvair !! Now what the heck am I doing with a Corvair fader ????

EBAY! Or... is it possible to remove the knob to use the fader on another car?
