rear end Removal

Hey guys I am moving right along on the car I am about ready to drop the rear end out are there any tricks or tips that you all can offer up to me. Maybe the best sequence in doing this. Once it is out I can primer and paint the frame and start to put it back together. Thanks in advance

just jack the rear up into the car so it's at the normal height. that way there is no bind on the control arm bolts. then let the whole mess down in one assembly.

 

[tripower]

Use a floor jack on the rear pumpkin. Jack up and disconnect the panhard bar and shocks. Release the jack slowly so the springs don't go "Bowing" and fly out. Remove the springs then jack back up and remove the control arms, drive line and, brake line. I think thats about it.
