Sleeve a cylinder

Don't know the condition of your cylinders but they can always go bigger if the sonic test permits.
A std bore 409 is 4.312, + .060 = 4.372 Next bore steps would be 4.375, 4.380, 4.390 and possibly others.
Pistons can be made in any size/diameter you want. The trick is to pick a bore size that rings are readily available for.
You do not want to have to invent a magic bore size ring set. If this sounds like something you would pursue I would get the
1 or 2 cylinders with sleeves addressed 1st and resleeved or? and then bore/resize the rest. It's best to install sleeves 1st if you
know ahead of time that they will be needed because pressing a sleeve in will distort the adjoining cylinders slightly.
