The carbs showed up today and the engine should be on a truck tomorrow! I set up my mock up engine one last time and clearances the headers for the dipstick. I decided to run the canister filter being it clears the Wilson headers so I drilled a hole in the bottom and welded a 1/8 npt bung on the bottom so I can drain it and not make a mess. I also removed the bypass from the filter base and tapped it and installed a 1/4 plug in it so all oil will be filtered. I removed the splash shield from my intake and cleaned that all up so the intake and shield are ready to be reassembled. Got a clutch ordered and a water pump is on the way.AB28EB6C-E7A2-4F08-9C79-638AFFC89B53.jpeg

I was originally going to do a 409 stroker but I liked mrhps build thread he did on his blown 380 so I put the stroker build on hold do this. I have always wanted to do a bigger supercharged build after playing with some smaller ones and a turbo car.
