I pulled the console and transmission tunnel out tonight to make sure there weren’t any clearance issues causing my 3rd gear issues and all looked good. When I shifted it into 3rd to make sure my stop bolt wasn’t the issue I realized I had what I believe is called “a senior moment” and realized when I tried adjusting the bolt last time I adjusted the wrong one ( I blame Phil for this by the way)! So I readjusted the correct one and reset the other one and we will see how it works tomorrow.

Thank Kieth that was a I’m just gonna snap a quick one to show the coworker it’s on the way and it turned out a cooler picture than I expected. Dave I have been being good so far getting a feel for it and waiting for my msd box to come back so I have a rev limiter before I really get on it hard.

Been driving and refining the tune on the motor with another forum members help. I have about 300 miles on the setup now. I got the msd 6btm in it now so I have a rev limiter and can pull timing under boost. I now have my timing at 26 degrees initial with 38 total and it pulls back down to 32 under boost. I verified that it does actually pull the timing back with some shop air before I just believed it would do it. I have got on it pretty good a couple times now and ya traction is pretty much non existent when on the boost but it is a lot of fun so far and worth every penny! Me and the kids gave it a good wash today and Thursday we will take it to a cruise in.
