The ribs were smoked for 3 hours bare with that shitty rub stuff.
Then brought in ...put on a little honey layer and rubbed down with brown sugar and covered with aluminum foil. Left in for 2 hours.
Brought in for layer of Jack Stack bar-b-que from the great city of KANSAS CITY!!!!!!!! Back in the smoker for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Will let you know if the beer is cold!!!
