So what is a Rover Gas Turbine engine. IS60/IS90?

Found one and wondering if any or you would know what it is for? Manual with it was printed in 1966, may have come out of a helicopter? The feloow who put this together is no longer with us, he was a mechanical genious, just check out this operational fuel system. Posting some pics shortly.

Don't know if it was a rover but a similarly sized gas turbine was used on some truck mounted de icing units also.

We used to have a power unit called the AM/32A-60 for supplying electrical power and air for starting on aircraft. It had a turbine engine and had a process for starting it. The best part about them was if you rocked it really hard while it was spooling up, it would shoot flames way into the air; it looked really cool at night.
