Spring Spacers

I have a 62 Impala. It has the 409 coil springs on the rear. I would like to raise the rear end 1 or 2 inches, preferably 2. Is there an easy way to do this? Do those spring spacers actually work?

Best bet is new springs. Be careful with getting too high in the rear as you will get u joint vibrations from rear pinion angle getting too steep. One thing leads to another….

Yes they do. I use the twist in ones that you use a 1/2" breaker bar and extension to put them in. I use 2 of them to raise each side 1"

Thanks for the offer. I think I will replace the springs, they are most likely overdue.
Royal oak on site here is taking this station wagon springs out of 62 convertible. Only problem is they are in Michigan. Shipping might be the killer.
