The '63 and '64 have different size Collars at the Steering Wheel base. The '64 has a smaller Collar.

I believe it will fit, but it won't look right with your original '63 Steering Wheel.

No, it's smaller on the '64.

I "believe" it will fit, but it won't match the '64 Collar.

Not sure about the Cancelling Cam or any other parts in a Tilt. I have heard many parts are different though.
