steering column seal

There is a seal between the steering column lower finisher and the dash. It is
in 4 pieces I believe according to the assembly manual. My car is a 59. Does
anyone know if that seal is available? It looks very similar to the speedometer
to dash seal. If anyone knows were to purchase these seals let me know.
