Camino tore down and replaced 2nd and 3rd gears, both syncro drums along with bearings and small parts kit. Then retired the old original shifter and replaced it with Hurst. Ran it through the gears at idle still on the stands. Good results so far, now waiting for spring to get it on the road again. Like the rest of you, just had to do something out of the house.
